1. We give these e-cards complimentary to our guests those who stay with us regularly. It is a way to say thank you to our guest.

 

2. Our customers can also, purchase these cards on our website and can give as a gift to their relatives, friends etc.

3. These cards cannot be transferred or sold to any other person (3rd person).

4. The token value of the e-card will be deducted from the cost of the homestay apartment on that particular day. Guest has to pay the remaining amount along with taxes.

5. The guest can use this e-card at any time. Validity is only 12 months from date of issue.

​

6. For using this card, guest can come with his family, friends etc. But without the guest (under whose name e-card has been issued) family, friends cannot use this e-card.

7. All T & C, Cancellations-Changes-Refunds policies will remain same as mentioned on our website.
